Abdul Hafiz

I am currently a law clerk in the Southern District of New York.  Before my clerkship, I practiced as an associate at White & Case LLP supporting the Antitrust and Cybersecurity & Data Privacy practice groups.

I’ve had the privilege of becoming involved in MuBANY during law school in 2017.  From 2018 to 2019, I served as the Law School Liaison. In 2021, I served as a mentor in MuBANY’s inaugural mentorship program.

Personally, I was born and raised in Staten Island and am the son of Ghanaian immigrants. I matriculated through NYC public schools and subsequently completed my undergraduate degree at Northeastern University as a Torch Scholar, receiving a Bachelors of Arts degree in International Affairs and Political Science. I returned to New York and earned my law degree from Fordham University School of Law.
