This panel will focus on best practices and advice to incoming and future law clerks about how to succeed as clerks while many chambers remain in remote operations.

The discussion will explore the role that media and law can play to highlight and amplify the work of Black Lives Matter activists while also advancing the BLM narrative of institutional and structural reform.
