RECENT MuBANY EVENTS & STATEMENTS

• MuBANY congratulates the Plaintiffs and their attorneys at CLEAR, Debevoise & Plimpton, and the Center for Constitutional Rights on this monumental victory!

OPPORTUNITY TO SERVE ON JUDICIARY SCREENING PANEL!

• The Judiciary Committee of the New York County Democratic Committee is currently establishing an independent screening panel to consider candidates for the New York County Civil Court. The first meeting of the Civil Court panel may be held as early as Tuesday, December 22,2020 and is expected to deliberate until approximately Monday, February 8th, 2021. A new job board, membership directory, and communities!

MuBANY has activated two new member benefits!

• Membership Directory! Get to know fellow MuBANY members! Through this directory, members can search for other members based on practice area, name, or other criteria. The membership directory is only available to members.
• Activation of Communities! We have created Communities based on our membership classifications. Through the Communities, members can post requests, updates or find other lawyers with similar interests. You will receive an email from no-reply@glueup.com informing you about the activation of the Communities. With the activation of communities, we will be closing the MuBANY private Facebook group. Please follow our MuBANY Facebook page to stay up to date on our events!

To take advantage of the new website benefits:

• Don’t Forget To Activate Your Account! All members should have received an email no-reply@glueup.com asking you to create a Glueup account. Simply follow the instructions in the email. If you haven’t received this email, let us know.
