MuBANY Leads Amicus Brief in Landor v. Louisiana Department of Corrections and Public Safety, et al.

MuBANY is proud to have led an amicus brief in Landor v. Louisiana Department of Corrections and Public Safety, et al., a case before the Fifth Circuit involving the protection of religious freedoms. The issue is whether money damages are essential to vindicating the rights guaranteed by RLUIPA and whether under RLUIPA injunctive relief alone is sufficient to vindicate the rights of religious minorities.
