Abdul Hafiz

Abdul Hafiz is an associate at White & Case LLP, supporting the Cybersecurity & Data Privacy and Commercial Litigation practice groups. Abdul has been involved in MuBANY since 2017, when he was in law school. From 2018 to 2019, he served as the Law School Liaison. In 2021, he served as a mentor in MuBANY’s inaugural mentorship program. Abdul was born and raised in Staten Island and is the son of Ghanaian immigrants. He matriculated through NYC public schools and subsequently completed my undergraduate degree at Northeastern University as a Torch Scholar, receiving a Bachelors of Arts degree in International Affairs and Political Science. He then returned to New York and earned my law degree from Fordham University School of Law.  Abdul clerked for the Hon. Katharine H. Parker of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York from 2021-2022. Abdul also serves as the secretary for the New York City Bar Association's Civic Education Task Force.
